Christmas Festivities – Join Bury Choral and friends for seasonal music, stories and carols including Vaughan Williams’ Fantasia on Christmas Carols

Sing the Ages – a singing day with a difference!

Saturday 17th February, 2018, at The Fusiliers Museum, BURY, BL9 0DF.

If you have ever wanted to sing some great choral music, come and join us for a day learning and rehearsing wonderful works from across the ages. Led by our inspirational Director of Music, Juan Ortuño, the programme will include Handel’s Zadok the Priest, Mozart’s Lacrymosa (from the Requiem) and music by Vivaldi, Bach, Elgar, Robert Campion and Tavener. A full day starting at 10am (registration from 9.30am) until 4.30pm this is an opportunity to enjoy the great breadth of styles of classical choral singing music from the 15th to the 20th Centuries.
